Do I have to pay sales tax?   

All Canadian customers are required to pay Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) or Goods and Services Tax (GST), depending on the province we are shipping to. Provincial taxes may also be applicable.

I have a question on my charges.     

Login to your account at the Canadian Account Login or US Account Login pages to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.     

Login to your account at the Canadian Account Login or US Account Login pages and click on "My Orders" to download and print PDF copies of your invoices.

When will a credit appear on my account for a returned item?     

Credits usually take 10-15 business days to process from the time we receive your returned item(s) on an authorized RMA. This can be extended during busy times of the year.  Note that it may also take your credit card company up to a week to post the credit to your account after we process the credit on our end.

When will my credit card be charged?     

Your credit card will be charged upon placing of your order. This includes special order (non-cancellable) items and back-ordered products.  We do this for back-ordered products because our system checks every five minutes for stock to be replenished and fills the order as soon as your item has been restocked in one of our warehouses.   Special orders require a prepaid commitment because of the additional work involved in both order processing and logistics.
