Unfortunately, mistakes do occur.  We try to be as careful as possible with our data, order entry, and fulfillment, but in some cases, you may get an item that is different than what you ordered.

If you received what you believe is the wrong item, please use the "Submit a Ticket" button/link above to tell us about the issue.  Identify the country/website and your order reference (numbers only).

Please attach an image of any label on the product or package that identifies a part number for us.  This will help us expedite a resolution of the issue for you by allowing us to identify exactly what you received and pinpoint where the issue lies.

We will research where the issue is and advise you promptly what action we are taking to get you the correct item.  If we have made an error in the fulfillment of your order, we will arrange to replace the part at no additional cost to you as quickly as possible, including any return shipping costs.
