If you placed a phone order and a temporary password was created for you, you can change it to something that is easier to remember. Start by logging in to your "My Account" page on our site. To do that first log in to the account by clicking on the "Login" button on the top right of any page and the entering your email address and password in the "Already Registered" section.
If you placed a phone order and a password was created for you that you can't remember, or if you have simply forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Your Password?" Link in the same panel, enter the email address you used when registering, and a password reset email will be sent to you.
Once you are logged in, you will see your name to the left of the "Account" link. Hover over that link and click on the "My Account" option in the drop-down menu.
This will open the "My Account" page and provide you several options to manage your account:
Click on the My Personal Information link to view your personal information. Here, you can change your email, password, or other personal information. For security, you will have to enter your current password, then the new password you want to use twice (to confirm it.) When you are finished making changes, click on Save at the bottom of the page to save your new password and any other information you may have modified.
